摘要
分别采用电导率法和流变仪测黏度法定量确定了速溶干粉聚合物的溶解时间,避免了常用方法测干粉聚合物溶解时间时存在的取样差异和人为测试操作的误差问题。结果表明,速溶干粉聚合物适用于油田调驱,它比常规干粉聚合物相对分子质量小,溶解速度快,可减少胶液配置时间,精简调驱剂配制流程;也比乳液聚合物用量少,能节约作业施工成本,而且成胶强度和稳定性均能达到现场施工要求。
The dissolving time of instant dry powder polymer is quantitatively determined by conductivity method and rheometer viscosity method respectively,which avoids the sampling difference and the error of manual testing operation in the common method of measuring the dissolving time of dry powder polymer.The instant dry powder polymer studied in this paper is suitable for profile control.Compared with conventional dry powder polymer,it has smaller molecular weight and faster dissolution rate,which can reduce the preparation time of glue solution and simplify the preparation process of profile control;compared with emulsion polymer,it has less dosage,which can save the cost of operation and construction,and the gel strength and stability can meet the requirements of field construction.
