基于行程反馈控制的太阳能蒸汽泵性能研究

摘要 针对电力条件受限区域灌溉工作中电力供给不足的问题,设计一款灌溉用太阳能蒸汽泵。该蒸汽泵的设计中,利用了集热便利、能量充足的太阳能资源,采用行程反馈的方式控制换向阀的换向运动,从而完成吸排液过程。应用AMESim软件建立了蒸汽泵运动数学模型,分析其在正常工作状态下的流量、压力特性及其影响因素。分析结果表明,蒸汽泵的进汽压力和弹簧刚度对其输出流量、压力特性有显著影响。 A solar steam pump for irrigation is designed to solve the problem of difficult irrigation in the area with limited power conditions.In this design,the solar energy resources with convenient heat collection and sufficient energy are utilized,the method of stroke feedback is used to control the reversing movement of the reversing valve,so as to complete the process of suction and discharge.The motion mathematical model of steam pump is established by AMESim software,and the flow pressure characteristics and its influencing factors are analyzed under normal working conditions.The results show that the inlet pressure and spring stiffness have significant effects on the output flow pressure.
