摘要
探讨采用双露点送风技术控制纱线加湿定形处理环境温湿度的效果。分析了影响纱线回潮率的因素。为了提高纱线回潮率和单纱强力,增加纱线加湿定形后处理工序,在络筒空调送风的基础上,采取增加加湿机组进行双露点送风加湿的方法,提高加湿定形后处理环境的温湿度和水蒸气分压力。运行实践证明:经过加湿定形后处理,JC 9.72 tex纱回潮率可提高1.1个百分点,单纱强力提高4%。认为:采用双露点送风技术,环境温湿度控制简单、纱线加湿效果好、运行节能,适用于为类似加湿环境提供较好的高温高湿条件。
Temperature&humidity effect of yarn humidification and shape-setting environment control by double dew point air supply technology was discussed.The factors affecting yarn moisture regain were analyzed.In order to improve yarn moisture regain and single yarn strength,the yarn humidification and shape-setting post treatment process were increased.Based on the air supply of winding air conditioner,the method of adding humidifier unit to humidify with double dew point air supply was adopted to improve the temperature,humidity and water vapor partial pressure of the humidification and shape-setting post treatment environment.The operation practice proved that moisture regain of JC 9.72 tex yarn can be increased by 1.1 percentage points and the single yarn strength can be increased by 4%after humidification and shape-setting.It is considered that after adopting double dew point air supply technology,temperature&humidity control is simpler,yarn humidification effect become better and energy can be saved.It is suitable for similar humidification environment to provide better higher temperature and higher humidity condition.
