延迟焙烘中棉织物的预处理工艺探究

摘要 探讨几种预处理工艺对棉织物性能及其延迟焙烘免烫效果和织物存储稳定性的影响。基于不同预处理工艺下棉织物的性能测试,初步筛选较优的预处理方式;再通过对延迟焙烘整理工艺中敏化织物的稳定性监测及免烫效果进行比较,进一步筛选适用于免烫整理的预处理工艺。结果表明:采用液氨⁃丝光⁃液氨整理的预处理工艺可有效提升棉织物物理机械性能及手感风格,免烫效果较优,其敏化织物存储后的折皱回复角与经向断裂强力变化最小。认为:液氨⁃丝光⁃液氨整理的预处理工艺可以提高棉织物的整体性能,并有利于提高延迟焙烘中的免烫效果与存储稳定性。 Influence of several pretreatment processes on cotton fabric property,its delay-curing non-ironing effect and fabric storage stability were discussed.Based on property test of cotton fabric after different pretreatment process,optimized pretreatment method was preliminary screened.The pretreatment suitable for non-ironing finishing was further screened based on the stability monitor of sensitized fabrics in delay-curing finishing process and ironing effect comparison.The test results showed that physical mechanical property and hand feeling of cotton fabric could be efficiently improved by adopting liquid ammonia-mercerizing-liquid ammonia finishing in pretreatment process.The non-ironing effect was better,the changes of wrinkle recovery angle and longitudinal breaking strength of sensitized fabrics after storage were less.It is considered that the pretreatment process can improve the overall property of cotton fabric.It is beneficial to improve the non-ironing effect and storage stability during delay-curing.
