Factor Analysis of Affecting Regenerated Cellulose Fiber Carding Quality

探讨影响再生纤维素纤维梳理质量的相关因素。以莫代尔、莱赛尔纤维为例,进行了一系列工艺试验,研究清梳工艺配置、金属针布型号、活动盖板针齿锋利度、道夫针布转移率、前固定盖板等因素对梳理的影响。结果表明:活动盖板、锡林分梳区、前固定盖板齿形对梳理效果有较大的影响。为了保证梳理效果和成纱质量,应根据锡林针布齿形合理配置锡林速度;同时,应结合清棉设备配置情况,对梳棉机梳理工艺进行相应的调整。

The relevant factors affecting carding quality of regenerated cellulose fiber were discussed.Modal and Lyocell fibers were taken as examples,a series of process tests were carried out.Influence of blowing and carding process configuration,metal card clothing type,movable flat needle sharpness,doffer card clothing transfer rate,front fixed flat and other factors on carding effect were studied.The results showed that movable flat,cylinder carding area and tooth shape of the front fixed flat had a great influence on carding effect.In order to ensure the carding effect and yarn quality,cylinder speed should be reasonably configured according to tooth shape of cylinder card clothing.At the same time,carding process of carding machine should be adjusted according to configuration of the picking equipment.
