现代学徒制实施效果评价体系构建研究

摘要 目前现代学徒制实施效果评价存在评价体系不全面、评价指标单一、评价主体不全面等主要问题。本研究依据价值取向、可操作性、全面性等原则,构建注重评价指标、评价主体、评价过程、评价结果的现代学徒制实施效果评价体系,以实现学生职业发展为依据,以多元评价为主体,以岗位评价为重点,以提高人才培养质量为目标,优化现代学徒制实施效果评价。 At present,there are some main problems in the implementation effect evaluation of modern apprenticeship,such as incomplete evaluation system,single evaluation index,incomplete evaluation subject and so on.According to the principles of value orientation,operability and comprehensiveness,this paper preliminarily constructs a modern apprenticeship implementation effect evaluation system focusing on evaluation indicators,evaluation subjects,evaluation process and evaluation results.Some suggestions are put forward to optimize the evaluation of modern apprenticeship implementation effect based on the realization of students’ career development,emphasized on diversified evaluation subjects,focused on position evaluation and aimed at improving the quality of talent training.
