高职院校技术技能服务的企业认可度探析--以漳州职业技术学院为例

On the Enterprise Recognition of Technical Skills Service of Higher Vocational Colleges--A Case Study of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology

“双高计划”对高职院校的技术技能服务及其企业认可度提出了新的要求。从漳州职业技术学院的调查结果来看,学院虽然在技术技能服务的满意度、项目数、到款额、经济效益等方面得到企业相当程度的认可,但在技术创新能力与科技成果转化率、校企共建共享产教融合资源、科技服务内容和形式、服务效果方面还存在一些困难和问题,需要通过持续加强自身服务能力、机制、平台、项目、资源、合作伙伴等方面的建设,助推学校服务高质量发展。

"Double-high Plan"puts forward new requirements for technical skill service and the enterprise recognition of higher vocational colleges.According to the survey of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology,although the school has been recognized by enterprises to a considerable extent in terms of satisfaction with technical skills services,number of projects,amount received and economic benefits,there are still difficulties and problems in terms of technological innovation ability,transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements,joint construction and sharing of industrial and educational integration resources between schools and enterprises,content and form of scientific and technological services and service effect.It is necessary to continuously strengthen the construction of the service capacity,mechanism,platform,project,resources and partners to promote the high-quality development served by school.
