高职院校劳动教育融入创新创业教育的路径

On the Path of Integrating Labor Education into Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

对于高职院校而言,推行创新创业教育与劳动教育都是培养全面发展的高素质应用型人才的重要途径。本文基于教育目标、内容、方法和功能四个维度,探究高职院校劳动教育与创新创业教育的共通性,分析两者深度融合的可行性,探索劳动教育与创新创业教育的协同育人新路径,以期为推动高职院校教育教学改革、培养高水平应用型人才提供新思路。

For higher vocational colleges,the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education is an important way to cultivate all-round development and high-quality applied talents.Starting from the four dimensions of educational objective,content,method and function,this paper explores the commonality and analyzes the feasibility of the deep integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and explores a new path of collaborative education between labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to provide new ideas for promoting the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges and also cultivating high-level applied talents.
