摘要
工匠精神的提出,为高职院校人才培养指明了方向。目前,高职院校对学生工匠精神培育存在校园文化建设中工匠精神的融入度不够、学校人才培养模式传统、学生自身基础薄弱、教学过程与工匠精神的结合度不够、“工匠型”“双师型”教师欠缺等问题。基于此,高职学生的工匠精神培育可通过建设校园文化来营造良好的工匠精神培育氛围,建立合理的人才培养模式,将工匠精神融入课程教学中,打造“工匠型”“双师型”教师队伍等策略上予以优化。
The proposal of craftsman spirit points out the direction for talent training in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the existing problems of the higher vocational college students’ craftsman spirit cultivation,including the insufficient integration of craftsman spirit into the construction of campus culture,traditional talent training mode and the weak foundation of students themselves,the inadequate combination of teaching process and craftsman spirit,lack of the "craftsman type " and "double qualified" teachers,etc.Hence,the optimization strategies are put forward to cultivate the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students,such as creating the good craftsman spirit atmosphere by strengthening the construction of campus culture,establishing a reasonable talent training mode,integrating the craftsman spirit into the course teaching,building a "craftsman type " and "double qualified" teaching team.
