一种芦苇去尖装置的设计与分析

摘要 芦苇在没有去尖、绑扎力度差的情况下,会导致其收割过程繁琐、存放不规范,最终成品质量达不到造纸企业的要求。针对上述问题,设计一种用于芦苇收割过程中的去尖装置,通过投运机构将经过前道剥叶工序后的芦苇秆传送到集收仓,再由集收机构以及压紧机构进行集收与压紧,最后通过去尖机构完成精准去尖,实现芦苇收割过程中的芦苇自动去尖与绑扎,以提高芦苇收割的效率和质量。 If reeds are not tip-removed and the binding strength is poor,the harvesting process of the reeds will be cumbersome and the storage of the reeds will be non-standard.Ultimately,the quality of the final product can not meet the requirements of the papermaking enterprises.In view of the above problems,a tip-removal device used in the process of reed harvesting is designed.The reed stalk after the previous leaf stripping process is transmitted to the collection bin through the operation mechanism,and then collected and compressed by the collection mechanism and compression mechanism.Finally,the precise removal of reed tips is achieved through the tip-removal mechanism to realize the automatic tip-removal and binding of reeds in the process of reed harvesting,which improves the efficiency and quality of reed harvesting.
