宜昌市绿色发展水平评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Green Development Level in Yichang City

为探究宜昌市建设长江经济带绿色发展示范城市的问题和对策,本文通过建立绿色发展指标体系,运用熵值法和综合指标评价法,测算宜昌市绿色发展水平并与武汉、九江、岳阳开展横向比较。结果表明:宜昌市绿色发展水平明显落后于武汉、九江、岳阳等长江经济带绿色发展示范区,主要差距在绿色生产和绿色生活领域。鉴于此,提出相应对策:强化生态保护、修复和治理,加快建立绿色产业体系,全面提高资源利用效率,深入推进绿色生活方式,完善绿色发展保障体系。

In order to explore the problems and countermeasures of building Yichang into a green development demonstration city in the Yangtze River Economic Zone,this paper calculates the green development level of Yichang by establishing a green development index system and using entropy method and comprehensive index evaluation method,and makes a horizontal comparison with Wuhan,Jiujiang and Yueyang.The results show that the green development level of Yichang obviously lags behind the green development demonstration areas of the Yangtze River Economic Zone such as Wuhan,Jiujiang and Yueyang,and the main gap is in the field of green production and green living area.In view of this,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen ecological protection,restoration and governance,accelerate the establishment of green industrial system,comprehensively improve resource utilization efficiency,deeply promote green lifestyle and improve the green development guarantee system.
