变频调速冗余控制技术在塔机中的应用

摘要 塔机是现代工程建设不可缺少的重要设备,近年来,变频调速器在塔机的电气控制中得到了普及应用。但由于塔机的工作环境比较恶劣,变频调速器常会出现故障。而变频调速器是高度集成的电力电子产品,普通电工难以解决故障,等待专业技术人员赴工地进行处理,势必造成工程工期的延误,给施工企业造成巨大经济损失,甚至带来安全隐患。本文介绍了一种塔机变频调速冗余控制技术方案,能够很好地解决这个问题。 Tower cranes are essential fixture for modern engineering and construction.Frequency converter has been widely used in the electrical control of tower crane in the past decade,which improves the operation efficiency,stability,speed regulation and life expectancy of tower cranes.However,the environmental condition tower cranes operate within is often harsh and unpredictable.Therefore,frequency converter faults may occur.Furthermore,frequency converter is a highly-integrated power electronics device that an electrician may find hard to fix.An advanced expertise has to be sent by frequency converter suppliers to the construction site,which often takes a few days,and result in schedule delays,huge economic loss for construction enterprise,and even safety issues.The paper presents a tower crane frequency conversion speed regulation redundancy control technology that solves the problem.
