新文科视阈下民族院校航管专业应用型人才培养模式研究——基于“艺管文理融合”视角

Research on Talent Cultivation of Aviation Management Major Students in Ethnic Universities From the Perspective of“New Liberal Arts”——Based on the Perspective of“Integration of Arts Management,Arts and Science”

新文科建设背景下,以民族院校航空服务艺术与管理专业应用型人才培养为切入点,分析当前航空服务艺术与管理专业的发展现状与存在的问题,提出应针对民族院校大学生特点,打破管理壁垒,整合校内外师资资源,建构民族院校“艺管文理融合”的自适配课程体系,探索民族院校应用型人才培养模式。在助力推进民族院校航管专业创新发展的同时,对其他院校发展亦具有示范效应。

Under the background of the construction characteristics of the new liberal arts,this study breaking management barriers,integrating internal and external faculty resources,constructing a self-adapting model of art and management,information and science integration,building a gold medal course and debugging operation mechanism,and realizing the OBE concept.It is comprehensively improved the professionalism,employment and entrepreneurship capabilities and sustainable development capabilities of the trainees,and achieve the purpose of fostering people and serving the society,so as to train qualified successors that meet the needs of socialist development.
