有根、有魂、有效:以供给侧思维推进高职院校学生党建工作创新

Promoting the Innovation of Students’ Party Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges with Supply–side Thinking Based on Root, Soul and Effectiveness

基于供给侧结构性改革的思路与视角,深入分析当前高职学生党建工作中思想供给、组织供给、服务供给、文化供给不足等问题,认为目前的高职学生党建工作,应该在先进思想供给上,加强理论武装,突出政治引领功能;在组织供给上,铸就民族之魂,突出立德树人功能;在服务供给上,打造党建4.0,创新服务型党组织;在优秀文化供给方面,夯实党建之根,突出传统文化功能。

Based on the ideas and perspectives of supply-side structural reforms, this paper deeply analyzes the problems of insufficient ideological supply, organizational supply, service supply and cultural supply in the current students’ party construction in higher vocational colleges. It is believed that the current students’ party construction in higher vocational colleges should strengthen theoretical arms and highlight the function of political leadership in the supply of advanced ideas, cast the soul of nation and highlight the function of cultivating people in the supply of organizations, implement party construction 4.0 and innovate service-oriented party organizations in terms of service supply, consolidate the roots of party construction and highlight the functions of traditional culture in terms of excellent cultural supply.
