何晓晖教授运用保胃气扶正抑癌法治疗胃癌术后经验

Professor He Xiaohui\s Postoperative Experience in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer with Stomach Qi Protecting and Cancer Suppression

我国是胃癌的高发国家,早期胃癌不易被筛查发现,发现时往往已是进展期,而手术治疗成为目前该阶段最常用的治疗方法。然而,大多数患者在胃癌术后,因机体损伤,难以耐受后续临床化疗的毒副作用,病情不断恶化,生存期难以延长。何晓晖教授认为肿瘤发生是正不胜邪,癌毒内积的结果,胃癌的基本病机为“正虚邪实”。在胃癌术后治疗上,何晓晖教授认为保胃气是关键,辅以保阴精、保血髓及弘扬正气以扶助人体正气,并通过抗热毒、抗血瘀、抗痰浊来祛除邪气以抑癌,每获良效。总结何晓晖教授对胃癌病因病机的认识、胃癌术后治疗要点及遣方用药经验,附典型验案二则,以证其效。

China is a country with a high incidence of gastric cancer.Early gastric cancer is not easy to be detected by screening and is often found at the advanced stage.However,surgical treatment has become the most commonly used treatment at this stage.However,it was clinically found that most patients after gastric cancer surgery could not tolerate the toxic and side effects of subsequent clinical chemotherapy due to body damage,but the disease worsened,and the survival time was not prolonged.Professor He Xiaohui believes that the occurrence of tumor is the result of the accumulation of cancer toxin,and the basic pathogenesis of gastric cancer is“positive deficiency,evil solid”.In the postoperative treatment of gastric cancer,Professor He Xiaohui believes that protecting stomach qi is the key,supplemented by protecting Yin essence,protecting blood pulp and promoting healthy qi to assist human body healthy qi,and dispel evil qi to inhibit cancer by fighting heat poison,fighting blood stasis,fighting phlegm and cloudiness,every good effect is obtained.This paper summarizes professor He Xiaohui’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric cancer,the main points of postoperative treatment of gastric cancer and the experience of prescription administration,and adds 2 cases to prove its effectiveness.
