食管鳞癌组织MTA1、TAK1和TRAF6的表达水平与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系

摘要 目的探讨食管鳞癌组织肿瘤转移相关因子1(MTA1)、转化生子因子激活激酶1(TAK1)和肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6(TRAF6)的表达水平与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法筛选2016年3月至2018年3月普外科行食管癌切除术的107例食管鳞癌患者肿瘤组织及癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测MTA1、TAK1和TRAF6表达情况,并结合患者临床病理特征进行比较,采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线比较患者36个月生存情况。结果MTA1、TAK1、TRAF6在食管鳞癌组织中阳性率为74.77%、79.44%、68.22%,明显高于癌旁组织的29.91%、24.29%、34.58%(P<0.01);MTA1、TAK1、TRAF6表达与患者性别、年龄无关(P>0.05),与患者肿瘤临床分期、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、是否合并淋巴结转移及肿瘤大小相关(P<0.05);食管鳞癌组织中MTA1、TAK1、TRAF6阳性表达患者3年生存率明显低于阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论食管鳞癌组织中MTA1、TAK1、TRAF6阳性率高于癌旁组织,且与患者临床病理特征和预后相关,可能成为反映食管鳞癌预后的指标及治疗靶点。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression levels of metastasis associated protein 1(MTA1),transforming growth factor-activated kinase 1(TAK1)and tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6(TRAF6)in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and the clinicopathological characteristics as well as prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 107 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who underwent esophageal cancer resection in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study,and the the expression levels of MTA1,TAK1 and TRAF6 in resected tumor tissues and paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Moreover the Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to compare the 36-month survival rate of patients.Results The positive rates of MTA1,TAK1,and TRAF6 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were 74.77%,79.44%,68.22%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues(P<0.01).The expression levels of MTA1,TAK1,and TRAF6 were not correlated with patient’s gender and age(P>0.05),however,which were related to the clinical stage of tumor,tumor differentiation degree,depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and tumor size(P<0.05).Moreover the 3-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of MTA1,TAK1,and TRAF6 was significantly lower than that of patients with negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of MTA1,TAK1,TRAF6 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues are higher than those in paracancerous tissues,moreover,which are related to the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients,therefore,which may be regarded as the indexes of evaluating the curative effects and prognosis of patients.
