保妇康栓联合瑞贝生对宫颈高危型HPV感染的疗效观察

Therapeutic effects of Baofukang suppository combined with Rebacin in treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection

目的研究保妇康栓联合瑞贝生治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月就诊的70例宫颈高危型HPV感染患者,随机分为对照组和联合组,每组35例。对照组给予保妇康栓治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予瑞贝生治疗。2组疗程均为6周。比较2组临床疗效、宫颈症状评分、症状消失时间、HPV转阴率、HPV转阴时间、阴道微生态恢复率、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果联合组总有效率、HPV转阴率、阴道微生态恢复率显著高于对照组,复发率、不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,症状消失时间、HPV转阴时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前宫颈症状评分、HPV DNA病毒载量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后宫颈症状评分、HPV DNA病毒载量均显著低于治疗前且联合组治疗后宫颈症状评分、HPV DNA病毒载量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合瑞贝生治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染疗效确切,能够显著提高HPV转阴率、阴道微生态恢复率,降低复发率,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Baofukang suppository combined with Rebacin in treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection.Methods A total of 70 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and combination treatment group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by Baofukang suppository,and those in combination treatment group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Rebacin,with a treatment course of 6 weeks for both groups.After treatment,the clinical efficacies,cervical symptom score,symptom vanishing time,the negative rates of HPV,HPV negative time,the rates of vaginal micro-ecological recovery,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,the negative rates of HPV and the rates of vaginal micro-ecological recovery of HPV in combination treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,however,the recurrence rate and adverse reactions in combination treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group,and symptom vanishing time and HPV negative time were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cervical symptom scores and HPV DNA viral load between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the cervical symptom scores and HPV DNA viral load in both groups were significantly decreased,moreover,which in combination treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baofukang suppository combined with Rebacin in treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection can significantly increase the negative rates of HPV and the rates of vaginal micro-ecological recovery of HPV,reduce the recurrence rate,with better safety.
