The role of Treg and Th17 cells and their balance in pulmonary fibrosis

肺纤维化(pulmonary fibrosis)是一种进行性且致命的慢性疾病,发病机制尚未明确阐明。目前缺乏有效的治疗药物和方法,晚期的肺纤维化患者预后和生活质量较差。免疫细胞中Th17细胞、调节性T细胞(regulatory Tcell,Treg)及Th17/Treg的平衡与肺纤维化的作用还没有被清楚地确定。本文就Treg细胞与Th17细胞及其免疫平衡与肺纤维化的关系做一综述。

Pulmonary Fibrosis(PF)is a progressive and fatal chronic disease,and its pathogenesis has not been clearly elucidate.At present,there is a lack of effective treatment drugs and methods,and patients with advanced pulmonary fibrosis have poor prognosis and quality of life.The role of Th17 cells,regulatory T cells(Tregs),and Th17/Treg balance in pulmonary fibrosis have not been clearly defined.This article will review the correlation between Treg cells,Th17 cells as well as their immune balance and pulmonary fibrosis.
