摘要
肺动脉高压是一种由多种已知或未知原因引起的心血管疾病,造成肺血管功能及结构异常,主要表现为肺动脉压异常升高,其病死率高、治疗难度大,寻找积极病因可为未来疾病治疗提供方向。糖代谢异常及胰岛素抵抗时常伴随大血管及微血管病变,可引起多器官功能损坏,为多种心血管疾病的危险因素。糖代谢异常及胰岛素抵抗可推动肺动脉高压进展,为肺动脉高压病因研究及治疗提供新的可能性。然而糖代谢异常及胰岛素抵抗与肺动脉高压间的影响尚未完全阐明,未来仍需大量临床及实验室研究进一步证实其相关性。
Pulmonary hypertension is a cardiovascular disease caused by a variety of known or unknown causes,which causes abnormal pulmonary vascular function and structure,and its main manifestation is abnormal increase of pulmonary arterial pressure.And it has a higher mortality and is difficult to be treated.To positively find out the cause of disease can provide a direction for the treatment of diseases in the future.Abnormal glucose metabolism and insulin resistance are often results in macrovascular and microangiopathy lesions,which can cause damage to the functions of multiple organs,which are the risk factors for many cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,related researches have found that abnormal glucose metabolism and insulin resistance can promote the development of pulmonary hypertension,which provides a new possibility for etiological research and treatment of pulmonary hypertension.However,the effects of abnormal glucose metabolism and insulin resistance on pulmonary hypertension have not been fully elucidated,and a large number of clinical and laboratory researches are still needed to further confirm its correlation.
