快乐治疗环境创设与兴趣诱导护理在学龄前儿童肺炎雾化吸入中的效果观察

The effects of happy treatment environment creation combined with interest-inducing nursing in preschool children with pneumonia during atomization inhalation

目的观察快乐治疗环境创设与兴趣诱导护理联用于学龄前儿童肺炎雾化吸入中所取得的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月收治的学龄前儿童肺炎患儿300例,按入院先后顺序进行分组,2019年1~12月入院的150例学龄前儿童肺炎病例设为对照组,2020年1~12月入住的150例学龄前儿童肺炎病例设为试验组。对照组按儿童肺炎常规雾化吸入模式施护,试验组在此基础上加用快乐治疗环境创设与兴趣诱导护理,比较2组干预后的各观察指标。结果试验组学龄前儿童肺炎积极情绪评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),消极情绪评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),雾化吸入治疗依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),家长雾化吸入护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用快乐环境创设与兴趣护理联用模式对学龄前儿童肺炎患儿实施雾化吸入护理,可显著改善该类儿童肺炎患者的情绪状态,促升其雾化治疗依从度,深受患儿家长高度认可。

Objective To investigate the effects of happy treatment environment creation combined with interest-inducing nursing in in preschool children with pneumonia during atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 300 children(under 3 years of age)with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study.According to the order of admission,who were divided into control group and experimental group,with 150 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine atomization inhalation,however,the patients in experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated by happy treatment environment creation combined with interest-inducing nursing.The clinical indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The positive emotion scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the negative emotion scores were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of atomization inhalation in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,and satisfaction rate of patient’s parents in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To take happy treatment environment creation combined with interest-inducing nursing can significantly improve the atomization inhalation effects,improve emotional state and treatment compliance of preschool children with pneumonia,which is highly recognized by the parents of patients.
