高校大学生资助现状调查与对策研究——基于新疆A校学生问卷调查的分析

Research on the Investigation and Countermeasures of College Students'Financial Aid---Analysis Based on the Questionnaire Survey of Students in Xinjiang A School

国家高度重视新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间学生资助工作,这既关系着家庭经济困难学生基本学习生活需求的切实保障,也关系着脱贫攻坚决胜之际的良好成效。文章以A校为实例,通过随机问卷调查的方式,反思当前家庭经济困难学生资助体系和育人模式存在的问题,并对进一步完善当前工作提出可行性对策。资助是基础,育人是核心,各高校需将“扶困”与“扶志”结合起来,构建物质帮助、道德浸润、能力拓展、精神激励有效融合的资助育人长效机制,使疫情阻击、脱贫攻坚的主战场,成为立德树人的大课堂。

The state attaches great importance to the student support work during the epidemic period of new coronavirus pneumonia,which is not only related to the practical guarantee for the students'basic learning and living needs,but also to the good results of the fight against poverty.Taking A school as an example,through random questionnaire survey,this paper reflects on the problems existing in the current financial aid system and education mode for students with financial difficulties,and puts forward feasible countermeasures to further improve the current work.Funding is the foundation and education is the core.Colleges and universities need to combine"helping the poor"with"supporting the will"to build a long-term mechanism of funding and education with the effective integration of material help,moral infiltration,ability expansion and spiritual incentive,so as to make the main battlefield of epidemic prevention and poverty alleviation and become a big classroom for foster character and civic virtae.
