衡水市中学生学业压力、父母支持和心理健康关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Academic Stress,Parental Support and Mental Health of Middle School Students in Hengshui

摘要 采用分层整群抽样方法对衡水市1442名中学生进行问卷调查,了解中学生学业压力、父母支持和心理健康的现状及三者之间的关系。结果表明,中学生主观感知到的学业压力按大小排序依次为:期望压力、竞争压力、要求压力、自我发展压力和挫折压力;初中生的学业压力显著高于高中生;中学生感受到来自母亲的支持均显著高于父亲支持;初中生主观感知到的父母支持显著高于高中生;男生感受到的父亲支持显著高于女生;初中生总体心理健康水平显著低于高中生。多重线性回归结果表明,中学生学业压力越大,心理健康水平越差,中学生父亲情感支持程度越高,学生心理健康水平越高。 A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1442 middle school students in Hengshui city by stratified cluster sampling to understand the current situation of middle school students'academic pressure,parental support and mental health and the relationship between them.The results show that the subjective perceived academic pressure of middle school students is as follows:expectation pressure,competition pressure,demand pressure,self-development pressure and frustration pressure;the academic pressure of junior middle school students is significantly higher than that of senior middle school students;middle school students felt support from their mothers significantly higher than that from their fathers;the subjective perceived parental support of junior middle school students is significantly higher than that of senior middle school students;male students feel more father support than female students;the overall mental health level of junior middle school students is significantly lower than that of senior middle school students.Multiple linear regression results show that the greater the academic pressure of middle school students,the worse the mental health level,the higher the emotional support of middle school students'fathers,and the higher the mental health level of students.
