摘要
在企业供应链管理研究中,前期许多著名学者研究了企业竞争战略与供应链战略之间的关系,明确供应链战略必须与企业竞争战略相匹配,最终实现供应链绩效的整体提升。本文选取宏发股份作为研究案例,通过实地调研和查阅相关文献,分析其长期竞争战略中的供应链战略,并从运作绩效和财务绩效两个方面评价案例公司供应链战略的实施效率和效果。本文借助相关学者的理论和实证研究成果,通过对实际案例进行分析,证明了企业供应链战略与竞争战略的良好匹配能够提升企业供应链绩效的结论。
In the research of enterprise supply chain management,many famous scholars have studied the relationship between enterprise competitive strategy and supply chain strategy in the early stage,and made it clear that enterprise supply chain strategy must match with enterprise competitive strategy and finally realize the overall improvement of supply chain performance.This paper selects Hongfa Company as a case study object,analyzes the supply chain strategy of its long-term competitive strategy through field research and reference to relevant literature,and evaluates the implementation efficiency and effect of the supply chain strategy of the case company from two aspects of operational performance and financial performance.Based on the theoretical and empirical research results of relevant scholars and through the analysis of actual cases,this paper proves that a good match between enterprise supply chain strategy and competitive strategy can improve the performance of enterprise supply chain.
