论伟大建党精神的特征、功能及传承

On the features, functions and inheritance of the spirit of the great Party building

习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会的讲话(以下简称“七一”讲话)中,首次提出伟大建党精神,对党百年奋斗历程所形成的精神进行高度凝练概括。伟大建党精神内涵丰富、意蕴深远,它不仅深刻回答了中国共产党人“我是谁、从哪里来、往哪里去”的哲学问题,还深刻回答了“什么是马克思主义政党、如何建设马克思主义政党”的生存与发展问题。伟大建党精神具有先进性、政治性、革命性、人民性等鲜明特征,为党赋予思想灵魂,锤炼政治品格,培育无畏气概,涵养高尚情操。百年来,中国共产党正是在伟大建党精神的指引下,成为“伟大、光荣、正确”的政党。在新的历史起点上,我们必须继承和弘扬伟大建党精神,巩固党和人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础,坚定实现中国特色社会主义现代化强国决心,汲取党性修养强大力量,建设党的伟大工程,永葆党的青春活力,谱写党的千秋伟业。

In his speech to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China(“speech on July 1st”),XI Jinping first proposed the great Party-building spirit,which is a highly condensed summary of the spirit formed by the Party’s century-long struggle.The great Party-building spirit is rich in connotation and profound in meaning.It not only deeply answered the communists’philosophical questions of“Who am I,where I come from,and where I go”but also deeply answered the survival and developmental question of“What is a Marxist Party and how to build a Marxist Party?”.The great Party-building spirit has the distinctive characteristics of being advanced,political,revolutionary,and people-oriented.It has endowed the Party with an ideological soul,stipulated a political character,cultivated fearlessness,and forged noble sentiment.For a hundred years,the Communist Party of China has become a“great,glorious,and correct”political Party under the guidance of the great Party-building spirit.At a new historical starting point,we must inherit and carry forward the great Party-building spirit,consolidate the ideological foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,resolutely realize the determination to modernize and strengthen the country,absorb the powerful power of Party spirit,cast great projects,always maintain the Party’s youth and vitality,and write the Party’s great achievements.
