律师公会是近代中国一个极其重要的社会组织,是民国律师制度的重要组成部分,是近代新的职业和社会阶层——律师群体组织,在近代中国政治、经济、法律与社会发展中扮演了重要角色,发挥了重要作用。律师与法官、检察官一起构成现代司法三大职业,律师公会与律师制度、律师群体密切相关、不可分割,其中任何一专题研究都会涉及到它。相关研究一直受到历史、法律史与社会史等学界的重视,成果丰硕。近年来,律师公会专题研究逐渐引起学界的重视,学术成果不断问世。文章对律师公会相关研究成果进行了系统地梳理,揭示了研究特点、不足及研究趋势。

The bar association is an extremely important social organization in modern China,an important part of the lawyer system of the Republic of China and an organization of lawyer——a new professional and social class in modern China.It has played an important role in the political,economic,legal and social development of modern China.Lawyers,together with judges and prosecutors constitute the three major professions of modern justice.The bar association is closely related and inseparable with the lawyer system and lawyer group,and any research on the lawyer system or lawyer group will involve it.The research on the bar association has always been valued by academic circles of history,legal history and social history,and has achieved fruitful results.In recent years,researches of the bar association has gradually attracted the attention of the academic circles,and academic achievements have been published continuously.Through a systematic academic combing of the research results of the bar association,this paper reveals its research characteristics,limitations and research trends.
