摘要
目的:探究补肾活血汤联合阿仑磷酸钠对绝经后骨质疏松(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)患者临床疗效及免疫调控因子的影响。方法:选择2019年12月-2020年12月于湖南省中医药研究院附属医院和湖南省中医药大学第一附属医院确诊并治疗的100例PMOP患者,按就诊时间顺序随机分将其为对照组与治疗组,每组50例。对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用补肾活血汤制备的中药浓缩颗粒。比较两组临床疗效、L_(1~4)骨密度(BMD)、骨代谢指标及免疫调控因子。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组L_(1~4)的BMD高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血清中碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)和骨钙素(bone gla protein,BGP)、IL-17、TNF-α及TGF-β水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤联合阿仑膦酸钠可以改善PMOP患者骨密度水平、骨代谢、免疫调控因子,从而提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Alendronate Sodium on clinical efficacy and immune regulatory factors of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)patients.Method:A total of 100 PMOP patients diagnosed and treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the time order of treatment,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Alendronate Sodium Tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with TCM concentrated granules prepared by Bushen Huoxue Decoction.Clinical efficacy,L_(1-4) bone mineral density(BMD),bone metabolism and immune regulatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,L_(1-4) BMD in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),bone gla protein(BGP),IL-17,TNF-α and TGF-β in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Alendronate Sodium can improve the level of bone mineral density,bone metabolism and immune regulatory factors in PMOP patients,thus improving the clinical efficacy.
