消化内镜检查患者心理应激现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Psychological Stress Status and Influencing Factors of Patients Undergoing Digestive Endoscopy

目的:分析消化内镜检查患者心理应激现状及其影响因素。方法:选取2020年4月-2021年5月丰城市人民医院125例消化内镜检查患者,通过一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)调查其一般资料、焦虑、抑郁情绪及社会支持情况。采用多元线性回归分析影响消化内镜检查患者心理应激的相关因素。结果:125例消化内镜检查患者SAS评分为(62.48±7.35)分,SDS评分为(65.74±8.63)分。不同性别、居住地、文化水平、婚姻状态、医疗支付方式、家庭人均月收入、社会支持情况患者SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析表明,性别、居住地、文化水平、婚姻状态、医疗支付方式、家庭人均月收入、社会支持情况均与消化内镜检查患者SAS、SDS评分有关(P<0.05)。结论:消化内镜检查患者普遍存在一定程度焦虑、抑郁情绪,性别、居住地、文化水平、婚姻状态、医疗支付方式、家庭人均月收入、社会支持情况均为影响其焦虑、抑郁情绪的重要因素,故临床需尽早明确上述原因,并据此建立科学干预体系,帮助缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,保证检查顺利进行。

Objective:To analyze the psychological stress of patients underwent digestive endoscopy and its influencing factors.Method:A total of 125 patients underwent digestive endoscopy in Fengcheng People’s Hospital from April 2020 to May 2021 were selected to investigate their general information,anxiety,depression and social support through the general data questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and social support rating scale(SSRS).Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors related to psychological stress in patients underwent digestive endoscopy.Result:The SAS score of 125 patients underwent digestive endoscopy was(62.48±7.35)scores,and the SDS score was(65.74±8.63)scores.SAS and SDS scores of patients with different gender,residence,education level,marital status,medical payment method,per capita monthly income of family and social support were significantly different(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,place of residence,educational level,marital status,medical payment method,per capita monthly income of family and social support were all related to SAS and SDS scores of patients underwent digestive endoscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with digestive endoscopy generally have anxiety and depression to a certain extent.Gender,residence,education level,marital status,medical payment method,family per capita monthly income and social support are all important factors affecting their anxiety and depression.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the above reasons as early as possible in clinical practice,and establish a scientific intervention system to help alleviate patients’anxiety and depression and ensure the smooth progress of the examination.
