腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的临床效果比较

Clinical effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的研究对比腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法选取100例宫外孕患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采用开腹手术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、恢复情况与再次异位妊娠发生率及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组排气时间、导尿时间、下床活动时间及腹痛消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组再次异位妊娠发生率为4.00%,明显低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为6.00%,明显低于对照组的22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比开腹手术,腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕不仅对患者创伤小,术后恢复快,且安全性高,具有较高推广价值。

Objective To study the difference between laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open surgery,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The treatment effect,recovery,recurrence of ectopic pregnancy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the operation time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The exhaust time,catheterization time,out of bed activity time and abdominal pain disappear time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of second ectopic pregnancy in the study group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 6.00%,significantly lower than that in the control group(22.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with open surgery,laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy not only has less trauma to patients,fast postoperative recovery,and high safety,has higher promotion value.
