针灸穴位结合柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床研究

Clinical study acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chaihu Longgu oyster Decoction in the treatment of ovulatory infertility

目的探讨分析针灸穴位结合柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床效果。方法选取100例排卵障碍性不孕症患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,研究组采用针灸穴位结合柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜最大厚度、排卵和自然受孕情况及治疗前后性激素水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组最大卵泡直径明显大于治疗前,子宫内膜厚度明显厚于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组排卵率、自然受孕率分别为94.00%、62.00%,均明显高于对照组的78.00%、34.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))及孕酮(P)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FSH、LH水平明显低于治疗前,E_(2)、P水平高于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸穴位结合柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤治疗排卵障碍性不孕症疗效显著,可以促进卵泡发育,增加子宫内膜厚度,提升排卵率和自然受孕率,调整患者性激素水平,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chaihu Longgu oyster Decoction in the treatment of ovulatory infertility.Methods 100 patients with ovulatory infertility were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chaihu Longgu oyster Decoction,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chaihu Longgu oyster Decoction.The clinical efficacy,the maximum follicular diameter,the maximum thickness of endometrium,ovulation and natural pregnancy and the level of sex hormone before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00% of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the maximum follicular diameter and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the maximum follicular diameter of the two groups was significantly greater than that before treatment,and the thickness of endometrium was significantly thicker than that before treatment,and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and natural pregnancy rate in the study group were 94.00% and 62.00% respectively,which were significantly higher than 78.00% and 34.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of E_(2) and P in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chaihu Longgu oyster decoction is effective in the treatment of ovulatory infertility.It can promote follicular development,increase endometrial thickness,improve ovulation rate and natural pregnancy rate,and adjust patients*sex hormone level.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
