摘要 教师教育课程是教师教育的生命线,为师范生勾勒出职前的专业发展轮廓。在着力建设高质量教育体系之际,教师教育课程质量治理刻不容缓。当下,教师教育课程质量治理业已陷入课程领导的责任意识缺位、课程体系的结构逻辑失序、课程评估的科学理性式微、课程保障的文化氛围沉闷、课程效果的社会反响一般的境地。面对实践困境,教师教育课程质量治理的纾解策略在于:提升教师教育课程专业素养,建构课程领导共同体;优化教师教育课程结构体系,增进课程逻辑关联性;完善教师教育课程评析机制,强化反馈纠偏缜密度;形塑教师教育课程质量文化,提振革新创优精气神;融通多元主体协同培养机制,突破治理生态封闭圈。 Teacher education curriculum is the lifeline of teacher education, which outlines professional development for teacher students. At the time of building a high-quality education system, the governance of teacher education curriculum quality is urgent. At present, the teacher education curriculum quality governance has fallen into the difficult situation of the lack of responsibility consciousness of curriculum leaders, the structural logic disorder of curriculum system, the decline of scientific rationality of curriculum evaluation, the dull cultural atmosphere of curriculum guarantee and the mediocre social response of curriculum effect. Facing the practical dilemma, the feasible strategies of teacher education curriculum quality governance lie in improving the professional quality of teacher education curriculum for constructing the curriculum leadership community, optimizing the curriculum structure system of teacher education for enhancing the logical relevance of curriculum, improving the evaluation mechanism of teacher education curriculum for strengthening the meticulous density of feedback and correction, shaping the quality culture of teacher education curriculum for boosting the spirit of innovation and excellence, and integrating the cooperative training mechanism of multiple subjects for breaking through the closed circle of the governance ecology.
