在城市不断发展过程中人们的生活水平不断提升,同时对自己的工作生活环境也提出了更高的要求,这样在一定程度上也对建筑工程质量有了更高的要求。建筑工程的主要管理者是开发商,因此开发商的管理能力、管理水平、管理责任心与各项管理工作水平有着直接的关系。在建筑管理工作中应认识到成本管理与进度管理的重要性,在进行管理时制定施工进度管理及成本管理计划,在对进度进行有效控制的同时实现成本节约,从而提高建筑工程整体施工质量,促进建筑企业发展。
