摘要
在问卷调查的基础上,随机挑选上海市16个区养老机构的1 200多名入住老人为对象,通过构建结构方程模型,分析养老机构入住老人满意度的影响因素,以及各个因素的重要程度,并提出相应的改善建议,即积极组织娱乐活动,丰富精神文化生活;鼓励多方资金注入,增强硬件设施质量;提升管护人员素质与服务水平,提高养老服务质量;加快“医养结合”力度,满足老人医疗需求。
Based on the questionnaire survey,randomly selected more than 1,200 elderly residents in the elderly care institutions in 16 districts of Shanghai as the objects.By constructing a structural equation model,the factors affecting the satisfaction of elderly residents in elderly care institutions and the importance of each factor were analyzed,and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions,That is,actively organize recreational activities to enrich spiritual and cultural life;Encourage multi-party capital injection to enhance the quality of hardware facilities;Improve the quality and service level of management and nursing personnel,and improve the quality of elderly care service;Accelerate the “combination of medical care and maintenance” to meet the medical needs of the elderly.
