大学生主动性人格对心理健康的影响:一个有调节的中介模型 被引量:1

摘要 目的:考察大学生主动性人格对心理健康的影响,探讨心理韧性和性别在其中的作用机制。方法:采用SCL-90量表、青少年心理韧性量表及主动性人格量表,对1331名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)大学生主动性人格与心理韧性呈显著正相关(r=0.49,P<0.01),主动性人格与心理健康呈显著负相关(r=-0.23,P<0.01),心理韧性与心理健康呈显著负相关(r=-0.38,P<0.01);(2)心理韧性在主动性人格和心理健康关系中起部分中介作用;(3)性别在心理韧性与心理健康中起调节作用,相比男生,心理韧性对于女生的心理健康影响更大。结论:大学生主动性人格对心理健康的影响是一个有调节的中介效应。 Objective:To investigate the impact of college students'proactive personality on mental health,and to explore the mechanism of mental toughness and gender.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1331 college students using the SCL-90 scale,the adolescent mental resilience scale and the initiative personality scale.Results:(1)The active personality of college students was significantly positively correlated with mental toughness(r=0.49,P<0.01),and the active personality was significantly negatively correlated with mental health(r=-0.23,P<0.01),and mental toughness was correlated with Mental health is significantly negatively correlated(r=-0.38,P<0.01);(2)Mental toughness plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between active personality and mental health;(3)Gender plays a regulatory role in mental toughness and mental health Compared with boys,mental toughness has a greater impact on girls'mental health.Conclusion:The influence of college students'proactive personality on mental health is a moderated mediating effect.
