摘要
在体验经济盛行的时代下,商业空间越来越注重体验感。本文从营销策略中的体验营销视角出发思考如何进行商业空间设计,从提升商业空间顾客满意度的策略来帮助商业空间提高人流量并激活空间。同时从体验营销中的感官体验、行动体验、情感体验,思考体验这四个方面来思考商业空间设计的方法,帮助顾客打造独一无二具有体验感的商业空间。
In the era of prevailing experience economy, commercial space pays more and more attention to the sense of experience. This article considers how to design the commercial space from the perspective of experiential marketing in the marketing strategy, and helps the commercial space to improve the human flow and activate the space from the strategy of improving the customers’ satisfaction for the commercial space. Meanwhile, from the four aspects of sensory experience, action experience, emotional experience and thinking experience in experiential marketing, we think about the methods of commercial space design, and help customers create a unique and experiential commercial space.
