摘要 随着居民生活和消费水平的提升,消费者对高品质生活需求表现强劲,在家电选择上也表现出更高的产品期望。家电行业近几年来竞争一直很激烈,作为传统制造行业不仅受宏观环境影响,还面临着市场趋向饱和、改革换代等多项发展瓶颈。本文基于价值链分析通过对企业运营各个环节的拆分和分析,以期帮助企业分析运营中各个环节的竞争优势和发展缺陷,探索企业竞争战略。 With the improvement of residents’living and consumption standards,consumers’demands for high-quality life is huge,and they also show higher product expectations in the choice of home appliances.The competition in the home appliance industry has been fi erce in recent years.As a traditional manufacturing,it is not only aff ected by the macro environment,but also faced with many development bottlenecks,such as market saturation,reform and replacement.In this article,the value chain analysis is based on the separation and analysis of each section of the enterprise operation,hoping to help the enterprise to analyze the competitive advantages and development defects of each section in the operation,and explore the enterprise competitive strategies.
