Research on the Status Quo and Suggestions of Standardization of Management of Supply Chain in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

中小企业基数大,安置了大量就业人员,在国民经济发展中意义重大。后疫情时代,中小企业生存压力陡增,本文通过研究中小企业运营现状,分析供应链管理中存在的问题,并从标准化角度对供应链管理提出建议。本文研究标准工具对企业运营的影响,转变中小企业价格中心思维方式,以期为中小企业脱困,提高经济效益提供思路。

The number of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)is large and employees have been cared appropriately,which can be of great signifi cance in the development of the national economy.In the post-pandemic era,the survival pressure of SMEs has increased sharply.By studying the current situation of SMEs,analyzing the problems existing in the management of supply chain,and putting forward suggestions on the management of supply chain from the perspective of standardization,the article aims to study the impact of standardized tools on enterprise operation,and change the way of thinking about price-orientedness of SMEs,in order to provide paths for SMEs to get out of trouble and improve economic benefi ts.
