商业银行个人高端客户营销策略分析

摘要 随着我国经济飞速发展,人们的收入越来越高,富裕群体数量呈现快速增长之势,个人高端客户市场有着非常广阔的空间。基于个人高端客户对商业银行重要性的分析,指出当前商业银行个人高端客户营销存在的问题,并提出相应的策略建议,希望通过营销工作的高效开展,为银行各项业务的快速发展形成推动,实现全行健康、有序发展。 With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s income is getting higher and higher,and the number of the wealthy is increasing rapidly,and the individual high-end customer market has very broad room to be improved.Based on the analysis of the importance of individual high-end customers to commercial banks,this article points out the problems existing in the marketing of individual high-end customers in commercial banks,and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions,hoping that through the effi cient advancement of marketing work,it will promote the rapid development of various business of the bank and realize the healthy and orderly development of the whole bank.
