Analysis on the Investment and Financing System Model of State-owned Enterprises in the New Era

在我国社会经济发展的进程中,国有企业不仅需要结合当前时代发展的方向和发展的要求,实现国有企业管理机制的全面完善和改革,还要结合国有企业当前的发展现状,建立与之匹配的资产管理机构,防止出现资金浪费等问题。由于新时期下对国有企业投融资体制提出了诸多要求,所以在进行新型投融资体制模式建立时存在的问题较多。在实际工作中,需要加强对这一问题的有效分析,根据国有企业当前的发展现状,提出科学且完善的投融资体制模式,从而推动国有企业的稳定性发展。

In the process of China’s social and economic development,state-owned enterprises not only need to realize the comprehensive improvement and reform of the management mechanism,but also combine with their current development situations,establishing a matching asset management organization to prevent the waste of funds and cope with other problems.Due to the many requirements for the investment and fi nancing system of state-owned enterprises in the new era,there are many problems in the establishment of a new investment and fi nancing system.In practical work,it is necessary to strengthen the eff ective analysis of this problem,and put forward a scientifi c and perfect investment and fi nancing system model according to the current development situations of state-owned enterprises,so as to promote the stable development of state-owned enterprises.
