针对“一带一路”背景下云南高等教育面临的机遇与挑战,分析问题与不足,从学校总体方针、学校课程改革、学校组织改革3个层面探讨如何做好改革的先行者,以充分发挥中国与南亚东南亚国家在测绘学科人才培养的合作共赢,提升我国高等教育国际影响力和竞争力.

Since the launching of the One Belt And One Road initiative, the cooperation between China and the concerned countries and regions increases. This poses both challenges and chances for the development of the discipline of Surveying and Mapping in Yunnnan Province. This study takes Kunming University of Science and Technology as an example, analyzes problems and deficiencies of the Surveying and Mapping discipline from the perspectives of overall policy of the university,, the curriculum reform, university organizational reform to perform the pioneer role of reform, achieve the win-win cooperation between China and southeast Asian nations in developing the discipline of Surveying and Mapping so as to enhance the international influence and competitiveness of higher education in China.
