心理疏导对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的干预效果

Effect of psychological counseling on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:探讨心理疏导在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗恢复期间的效果。方法:选取2019年7月—2020年5月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者92例,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+心理疏导,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组治疗依从性为97.83%,对照组为78.26%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.364,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.35%,对照组为19.57%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.059,P<0.05);观察组病情复发率为2.17%,对照组为17.39%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05);观察组护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分为(82.26±5.14)分,对照组为(76.71±5.43)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.034,P<0.05);观察组护理后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分为(10.82±1.64)分,对照组为(14.75±2.06)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=10.123,P<0.05)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎患者恢复期,应用心理疏导,可减少负面情绪对疾病的影响,提高患者对于治疗和护理的依从性,进而改善其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological counseling in the treatment and recovery of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:All 92 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in hospital from July 2019 to may 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group(routine nursing+psychological counseling)and control group(routine nursing).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment compliance was 97.83% in the observation group and 78.26% in the control group(χ^(2)=8.364,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of complications was 4.35%in the observation group and 19.57% in the control group(χ^(2)=5.059,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The recurrence rate was 2.17% in the observation group and 17.39% in the control group(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The SF-36 score of the observation group was(82.26±5.14)and the SF-36 score of the control group was(76.71±5.43),the difference was statistically significant(t=5.034,P<0.05).The HAMD score of the observation group after nursing was(10.82±1.64),and that of the control group after nursing was(14.75±2.06),the difference was statistically significant(t=10.123,P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment and recovery of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,in clinical nursing work,we should focus on strengthening psychological counseling,reducing the impact of negative emotions on the disease,improving patients'compliance with treatment and nursing,and then improving their quality of life.
