摘要
晋能控股煤业集团首台煤矿用盾构机(TBM)在井下掘进过程中多次遭遇坚硬地层,导致刀盘上各类刀具磨损异常严重。针对这一问题,对施工巷道地质环境、人员操作行为和刀盘刀具性能等因素逐一进行分析,根据现场数据分析得出刀具性能差是造成其在坚硬地层掘进期间使用寿命低的主要原因。对此采取针对性措施,提高了滚刀刀圈的硬度、刃宽和直径,同时提高铲刀刀身的厚度,解决了盾构机刀盘刀具在坚硬地层掘进期间使用寿命低的难题,有效提升了盾构机在坚硬地层的掘进效率并大幅降低了刀具成本,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group first coal mine shield machine(TBM) encountered hard strata many times during the underground excavation process,resulting in extremely serious wear of various tools on the cutter head.In response to this problem,the factors such as the geological environment of the construction roadway,the operating behavior of the personnel,and the performance of the cutter head were analyzed one by one.According to the analysis of the field data,it was concluded that the poor performance of the cutter was the main reason for its low service life during the excavation of hard strata.Targeted measures were taken to improve the hardness,blade width and diameter of the hob cutter ring,and at the same time increase the thickness of the blade body,which solved the problem of low service life of the shield cutter cutter during the excavation of hard strata,and effectively improved the it improved the tunneling efficiency of the shield machine in hard strata and greatly reduces the cost of cutting tools,which had good popularization and application value.
