摘要
以磨辊车间自动矿用装载机的夹钳机构为研究对象,通过分析夹钳机构的机械结构及控制系统,详细阐述夹钳机构的自动定位、夹持动作及机械自锁结构,在满足安全和鲁棒性的前提下,对机构进行轻量化研究分析。基于理论分析的结果,对磨辊车间自动矿用装载机的夹钳机构的现存问题进行改进,实现了减轻25%质量及降低40%故障率的目标,提高了车间20%的作业效率,提高了自动矿用装载机的安全性和稳定性。
Taking the clamping mechanism of the automatic mine loader in the grinding roller workshop as the research object,by analyzing the mechanical structure and control system of the clamping mechanism,the automatic positioning,clamping action and mechanical self-locking structure of the clamping mechanism were described in detail,in order to meet the safety requirements.On the premise of and robustness,the lightweight research and analysis of the mechanism was carried out.Based on the results of theoretical analysis,the existing problems of the clamping mechanism of the automatic mine loader in the grinding roller workshop were improved,and the goals of reducing the quality by 25% and the failure rate by 40% were achieved,and the operation efficiency of the workshop was improved by 20%.It improved the safety and stability of automatic mine loader.
