压注塑性材料在防治破碎煤柱漏风及自燃中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿采煤工作面2道煤柱在矿压下等作用下容易被压裂漏风,进而导致煤柱内部的煤氧化自燃。分析了11303工作面煤柱在矿压下的破碎情况及治理难点,通过压注塑性材料进行防治破碎煤柱漏风、自燃,解决了水泥浆充填或混凝土喷浆层在矿压作用下存在煤柱被二次压裂漏风的难题,取得了很好的防漏风及防自燃效果。研究为类似破碎煤柱防漏风及防自燃积累了经验。 The two coal pillars in the coal mining face are easily fractured and leaked under the action of the mine pressure,which in turn leads to the oxidation and spontaneous combustion of the coal inside the coal pillars.The crushing situation and control difficulties of coal pillars in 11303 working face under mine pressure were analyzed,and the air leakage and spontaneous combustion of the broken coal pillars were prevented by injection molding materials,and the existence of coal pillars in cement slurry filling or concrete shotcrete layer under the action of mine pressure was solved.The problem of air leakage caused by secondary fracturing had achieved good air leakage prevention and anti-spontaneous combustion effects.The research had accumulated experience for similar broken coal pillars to prevent air leakage and prevent spontaneous combustion.
