包装产业作为配套型基础产业,服务于各行各业,随着社会进步和人民群众物质文化生活水平的不断提高,对包装需求的数量和质量还在持续提升。针对“十四五”时期四川省包装产业面临的国际包装产业分工、国内空间布局、区域产业协同、产业转型等诸多变化带来的市场、产业格局重塑、跨越发展、开放等机遇和竞争、转型、创新的挑战,结合四川包装产业的优势和存在的不足,明确产业发展的思路、目标,提出调整产业结构、加强跨界融合、建设产业集群、实施“三品”工程、注重发展重点、构建绿色体系、推进数字化转型等七方面实施路径,并提出完善法律法规和产业政策体系、注重规划引导、加大政策扶持、完善包装管理体系、加快人才培养、加强舆论引导等建议。

Packaging industry,as a supporting basic industry,serves all walks of life.With social progress and the continuous improvement of people's material and cultural living standards,the quantity and quality of packaging demand is still improving.In view of the"difference"packaging industry facing the international packaging industry in sichuan province during the period of division of labor,domestic space layout,regional industry collaboration,industrial transformation,and many other changes of market,industry structure remodeling,spanning development,open opportunity and the challenge of competition,transformation and innovation,combined with the advantage of the packaging industry in sichuan and the shortage of specific industrial development ideas,goals,To adjust industrial structure,strengthening the construction of cross-border integration,industry cluster,the implementation of"the doctrine of"project,pay attention to the focus of development and constructing the green system,its digital transformation in seven aspects,such as implementing paths,and put forward to perfect the laws and regulations and industry policy system,pay attention to planning guide,increase policy support,perfecting the package management system,speed up the cultivation of talents,strengthening public opinion guidance.
