从铜冶炼烟灰中回收铜的试验研究

摘要 本文以火法炼铜烟灰为原料,采用硫酸浸出工艺,研究了浸出及萃取工艺参数对铜回收率的影响,并确定了最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明,当浸出条件为:液固比5∶1,浸出时间1.5 h,温度65℃,浸出终点pH值控制在2.0,能达到理想的浸出效果,铜最高浸出率为90%;萃取工艺中,以Lix984作为萃取剂的萃取效果优于其他常见萃取剂,在萃取条件为相比O/A=1.5∶1,萃取剂浓度20%,萃取时间5 min的条件下,铜的一次萃取率达96.83%。 Copper-containing ash was treated with Sulfuric acid leaching process in this paper for researching the impact of technological parameter in leaching and extracting on copper recovery rate and selecting rational technology parameter.The results showed that,When ratio of liquid to solid was 5 ml/g,leaching temperature was 65℃,leaching for 6 hours and the pH at the end of leaching was controlled by 2.0,leaching rate could get an ideal effect,of which the highest value was 90%.Taking Lix984 as extraction agent could bring about a striking effect compared with other common extraction agent in extraction process.When the phase ratio(O/A)was 1.5∶1,attractant concentration was 20%and the extracting for 5 minutes,the first stage stripping rate of copper could reach 96.83%.
