球阀表面热喷涂镍基合金强化层耐磨性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用氧乙炔焰热喷涂技术在不锈钢表面制备了Ni45和Ni60的镍基合金强化层,探讨其强化层厚度、孔隙率、微观组织和硬度,并测试分析其摩擦磨损性能。结果表明热喷涂镍基合金强化层可以制备厚度大于1.16 mm、孔隙率小于1.61%的强化层。Ni60镍基强化层中的碳化物、硼化物等硬质相数量要多于Ni45强化层,其硬度比Ni45镍基强化层高86.7%,磨损量少48.9%,主要磨损机理为磨粒磨损。 Using oxyacetylene flame thermal spraying technology,a nickel-based alloy(Ni45 and Ni60)strengthening layer with different compositions was prepared on the surface of stainless steel.The thickness,porosity,microstructure and hardness of the strengthening layer were discussed,and its friction and wear properties were tested and analyzed.The results show that the thermal sprayed nickel-based alloy strengthening layer can be prepared with a thickness greater than 1.04 mm and a porosity less than 1.61%.Due to the presence of more hard phases(carbides,boride,and etc.),the Ni60 nickel-based strengthening layer has higher(~86.7%)hardness and less(~48.9%)amount of wear than those of the Ni45 nickel-based strengthening layer,and shows an abrasive wear.
