三维扫描在长安街西延新首钢大桥中的应用研究

摘要 造型独特的斜拉桥是现代斜拉桥发展的方向之一,结合连续刚构桥和拱桥的特点,组成的斜拉刚构组合体系的长安街西延新首钢大桥是其典型之一。其离地面达到130 m的空间迈步非一致倾斜拱形钢塔的板单元及节段验收、合拢段配切、预拼装、安装后线型偏差分析、复杂施工场地面临许多施工难题。通过三维扫描与BIM相结合的技术解决非一致倾斜拱形钢塔的施工难题,为类似工程提供了基础典范。 The uniquely shaped cable-stayed bridge is one of the development directions of modern cable-stayed bridges.Combining the characteristics of continuous rigid frame bridges and arch bridges,the new Shougang Bridge on Chang'an Street West Extension,which is composed of a combination of continuous rigid frame bridges and arch bridges,is one of its typical examples.The space above the ground reaches 130 m.The acceptance of slab units and sections of non-uniformly inclined arched steel towers,combined cutting of closed sections,pre-assembly,linear deviation analysis after installation,and complex construction sites face many construction problems.The technology of combining three-dimensional scanning and BIM solves the construction problem of non-uniformly inclined arched steel towers,and provides a basic model for similar projects.
