摘要
确保临近结构物的安全是过江盾构隧道施工的重要问题。针对广州地铁18#线过江盾构隧道下穿江心洲的工程背景,基于合理假定条件,采用数值模拟方法分析了隧道盾构施工对江心洲堤岸防护工程及建筑物的影响。数值计算结果表明:盾构隧道下穿诱发堤岸防护工程最大总位移为0.26 mm,引起各栋建筑物桩顶最大位移均小于0.5 mm,最大沉降差均小于1 mm,各项变形满足规范要求的位移控制值,表明盾构隧道下穿不危及上部堤岸防护工程及建筑结构安全。内容可为同类型工程提供参考。
Ensuring the safety of adjacent structures is an important issue in the construction of river crossing shield tunnels.For the engineering background of a cross-river shield tunnel of the Guangzhou Metro Line 18 crossing the river island,the impact of the tunnel shield construction on the embankment protection works and buildings on the river island was analyzed by numerical simulation based on reasonable assumptions.Numerical calculation results show that the maximum total displacement of the shield tunnel underpass induced embankment protection project is 0.26 mm,causing the maximum displacement of the pile top of each building is less than 0.5 mm,and the maximum settlement difference is less than 1 mm.The deformation of each item meets the displacement control value required by the code,indicating that the shield tunnel underpass does not endanger the safety of the upper embankment protection works and building structures.The content of this article can provide reference for the same type of project.
