富水砂层地质条件下邻近历史建筑群深基坑施工变形特性研究 被引量:2

Study on the Influence of the Deep Foundation Pit Construction on the Surrounding Historic Buildings for the Geological Condition of Water-rich Sand Layer

摘要 以靖宇五道街站为工程背景,实测其施工过程中临近建筑物位移等关键指标。在此基础上,采用midas GTS NX通用有限元软件,利用验证的基坑有限元模型,分析了基坑开挖对临近建筑物位移的影响,并对比了有无伺服系统计算结果,以评估施工方案的合理性。结果表明,基坑施工方案较为合理,不会对临近建筑物的安全性及正常使用造成影响;本项目设置伺服系统是必要的,可有效降低基坑施工对临近建筑物影响,使其满足建筑物保护的变形控制要求。 Taking Jingyu Wudaojie Station as the engineering background,key indexes such as displacement of adjacent buildings during construction are measured.On this basis,using midas GTS NX general finite element software and the verified foundation pit finite element model,the influence of foundation pit excavation on the displacement of adjacent buildings is analyzed,and the calculation results with or without servo system are compared to evaluate the rationality of the construction scheme.The results show that the construction scheme of the foundation pit is reasonable and will not affect the safety and normal use of adjacent buildings;It is necessary to set up a servo system in the project,which can effectively reduce the impact of foundation pit construction on adjacent buildings and meet the deformation control requirements of building protection.
