摘要 针对集料规格、粒形差和针片状含量高等问题,通过调研常见的集料加工设备和加工工艺,并以近年来较先进的冲击式破碎工艺为例,开展加工工艺对集料粒形影响的研究。使用微观纹理、棱角性、针片状等指标评价加工工艺对集料成品质量的影响,最终通过不同破碎主机转速下的棱角性、分维值、针片状指标确定合理的破碎主机转速。试验结果显示,成品集料的粒径越大,棱角性指标越小;随着集料粒径的增加,集料表面微观纹理的分形维数呈现下降趋势;通过合理的破碎主机转速设置,成品粗集料的形态特征状态可以达到较优水平。 Aiming at the problems of aggregate specification,poor particle shape and high content of needle and flake,through the investigation of common aggregate processing equipment and processing technology,and taking the more advanced impact crushing process in recent years as an example,the influence of processing technology on aggregate particle shape was studied.The influence of processing technology on the quality of aggregate products is evaluated by the angularity,micro texture,needle and flake index.Finally,the reasonable belt speed is determined by the angularity,fractal dimension and needle and flake index under different belt speeds.The test results show that the angularity of finished aggregate decreases with the increase of particle size;The fractal dimension of aggregate surface micro texture decreases with the increase of aggregate particle size;Through the reasonable setting of the main crusher speed,the morphology of the finished coarse aggregate can reach a better level.
